Mindfulness & Yoga

In sessions participants learn and practice yoga flows that safely stretch, open and release tension while improving flexibility and overall well being. Sessions are individually tailored to work on strengthening, grounding and relaxing the body and mind. Mindfulness practices are woven into yoga sessions encouraging connection with the body, the breath and noticing thoughts without judging them. As we train and tone the body, so too we can train the mind and experience longer stretches of calm and joy.



Individual sessions $145 per hour (Individual sessions are 60 or 90 minutes)

Couples Sessions $250 per 90 minutes (Couples sessions are 90 to 120 minutes)
